A wearable, drug-free headband that stimulates and monitors the prefrontal cortex to manage ADHD symptoms.

Based
Sydney, Australia

Neurode develops a clinical-grade, non-invasive headband that combines transcranial random noise stimulation (tRNS) of the prefrontal cortex with fNIRS-based brain monitoring to support focus and executive function in people with ADHD. Users wear the device for 20-minute daily sessions, and the accompanying app visualizes brain activity in real time. The company was founded in Sydney in 2021 and has raised $3.5 million in pre-seed funding led by Khosla Ventures with participation from PsyMed Ventures.
