Andrew Arruda

Andrew Arruda is the sole general partner of Maniac Ventures, which he founded to back brain-computer interfaces, novel silicon, and AI-native systems. He co-founded and led ROSS Intelligence, the AI legal research company at the centre of Thomson Reuters v. ROSS, the first AI copyright case filed in the United States. He later co-founded Flexpa, a healthcare data infrastructure company.
